Early Achievers Preschool Hawaii, focusing on children’s “achievement ability,” opens in the upscale Kahala district.

The building is scheduled for a full renovation, and there will be a large garden and playground equipment. One of the few Japanese-funded preschools in Hawaii! Applications are currently being accepted for admission in August 2025.

C2C Aloha Excellence LLC, which is capital invested by a group company of C2C Global Education Japan, an educational corporation that operates schools affiliated with Yamanashi Gakuin, and which provides support as the Japanese office, will open Early Achievers Preschool Hawaii in the Kahala district of Hawaii in August 2025. The acceptance period will be long-term (one year or more) or short-term (three months or more, although shorter periods are also possible depending on availability).

Background and Purpose of Opening

Our corporation strives to develop global human resources by strengthening ties with overseas educational institutions and aims to become a global educational group on the world stage. Currently, in addition to Yamanashi Gakuin affiliated schools, we operate multiple international schools and nursery schools in Chiba, Tokyo, Osaka, Wakayama, and other locations, and overseas, through group companies, we operate preschool businesses in China, India, and Vietnam.

In Hawaii, at the end of 2021, we invested capital through a group company in Bright Beginnings*, run by Sam Kim, the operations manager of C2C Aloha Excellence, and have been jointly running a local seasonal kids’ camp. Now, we have been fortunate enough to open a preschool in the Kahala district.

What Early Achievers Values

In a safe and secure environment, we focus on balanced acquisition of language skills, problem-solving skills, and cognitive abilities, and on the acquisition of important mental and physical development and social skills in early childhood. Our programs emphasize a balance between “learning” from educators and materials, and “exploration” led by the child. In preparation for learning in kindergarten (the first year of elementary school) and beyond, we aim to teach children how to write the alphabet and phonics letters, as well as CVC words. We aim to provide the best school experience possible, maximizing their interest and providing peace of mind for families, so that their first school experience will be a positive one.
