At Early Achievers Preschool, we believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality early education, regardless of financial circumstances. To support families in need, we are pleased to offer a Financial Aid Package to help make our programs more affordable.

Available Financial Aid Options:

1. Need-Based Tuition Assistance

• Designed for families with demonstrated financial need.
• Assistance is awarded on a sliding scale based on income and household size.
• Requires submission of a financial aid application and proof of income (e.g., tax returns, pay stubs).

2. Sibling Discount

• Families enrolling multiple children receive a 10% discount on tuition for the second (and additional) child(ren).

3. Scholarship Opportunities

• Limited scholarships available for families facing financial hardship.
• Selection is based on need and availability of funds.

4. Flexible Payment Plans

• Interest-free monthly payment options to help spread out tuition costs.
• Customizable plans based on individual family needs.

✅ Annual Payment Plan – Pay tuition in full at the start of the school year (may include a discount).
✅ Semi-Annual Payment Plan – Split tuition into two equal payments (due at the start of each semester).
✅ Quarterly Payment Plan – Divide tuition into four payments, due at the beginning of each quarter.
✅ Monthly Payment Plan – Pay tuition in equal monthly installments throughout the school year.

How to Apply

1. Complete the Financial Aid Application (available at our office or online Financial Aid Application).
2. Submit required financial documents.
3. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and awards are granted based on eligibility and available funds.

Early Achievers Preschool Hawaii School Policies

1. General Rules
   Students must provide Early Achievers Preschool Hawaii (hereinafter “EA”) a scanned copy of their health insurance prior to the start of their program. EA reserves the right to expel any student that becomes disruptive to the program, staff, or other students in the program. In such cases, a refund will be issued based on the school policies.
2. Late Pick-Up
   Children not picked up at the end of the day will be supervised by our staff. A fee of $1 per minute will be charged after 10 minutes from dismissal time. The parent/legal guardian (hereinafter “Parent”) is required to contact EA at the earliest convenience if they are to be late.
3. Authorized Adult
   The authorized adult is responsible for dropping off and picking up the student at school. EA requires that all children are to be properly signed in and out by an authorized adult in order to ensure their safety. Please provide at least one adult name who has authorization to sign in and sign out the child.
4. Registration & Payment
   Available spots are filled on a first-come, first-paid basis. A non-refundable application fee and registration deposit will reserve your spot in the class. Tuition is due on the first of the month. An invoice will be sent by email before or near the end of the month. The invoice will show the amount due. Invoices must be settled by the 10th of every month. Failure to pay tuition will lead to losing your spot in the class. We accept all forms of payment (credit card, cash or check), except American Express.
5. Cancellations Before Start Of The Program
   Ten or more business days prior to the start date: Full refund (on tuition only). Application, registration, and deposit fees are non-refundable.
   Between 1 and 5 days prior to the start date: 75% refund (on tuition only).
   1. Cancellations After Start Of The Program – After start of the program, tuition will be refunded according to the following schedule:
      1. Current quarter, tuition is non-refundable
      2. Second quarter tuition, 30% refundable
      3. Third quarter tuition, 60% refundable
      4. Fourth quarter tuition, 100% refundable

6. Limited Liability
   Parents understand that EA does not guarantee that the program participants will reach any specific level of performance. Parents agree that, should there arise any liability on the part of EA, its owners, directors, teachers and other employees with regard to the services provided under this agreement or as a result of participation in all EA programs, EA’s liability shall be limited to any tuitions paid.
7. Medical Permission and Medical Insurance
   Parents hereby grant permission to EA to secure any medical and/or surgical treatment and hospital service for my child in the event of an emergency, where the parent listed on the registration form cannot be reached. Parents understand and agree that all medical expenses shall be paid by the parent, including ambulance transportation if necessary. All students must have medical insurance prior to the start of their program at EA. Students with allergies or other medical conditions of any kind must inform EA prior to their start date.
8. Bounced Checks
   Payment is due in full in advance of all services. A service charge of $40.00 will be applied to returned checks, declined credit cards, or pre-authorized payment chargebacks.
9. Consent for Publication
   Parents hereby consent to authorize EA the rights to publish, reproduce, and/or use, for advertising or any other purposes, any photograph, video image, audio recording, or other likeness of the child. Parents hereby consent that any work produced by the child while at EA may be displayed or reproduced by EA in print media or electronic media such as a website for advertising or promotional purposes. Students retain copyright of their work.
10. Recording Prohibited
    Recording by any means of any and all EA’s materials, classes, activities, and/or the entire program without prior written consent of EA is strictly prohibited. Distribution and/or publication of any such recordings are/is also strictly prohibited. Any violations of these prohibitions may subject parents to any and all legal remedies available to EA, in addition to removal of the child(ren) from any and all EA classes, activities, and/or the entire program without refund.
11. Other Policies
    Unenrolled siblings of current students are not allowed in the classroom when the class is in session. EA is not responsible for any type of lost or damaged clothing, personal possessions or valuables. EA has the right to take any child(ren) out of the classroom if he or she becomes disruptive and re-enter when the child(ren) is calm. EA reserves the right to modify or cancel classes and themes based on enrollment.
12. Assumption of Risks
    I understand that part of the EA program experience involves activities and group interactions that may be new to my child and that they come with certain risks and uncertainties beyond what my child may be used to dealing with at home. I am aware of these risks, and I assume them on behalf of my child(ren). I realize that no environment is risk-free; therefore, I will instruct my child on the importance of abiding by EA’s rules. On my own behalf and on behalf of the student(s), I assume them knowingly and willingly.
